Problem + solution + outcome
Problem identification + prevention + solution
Interviewers want to hear that you want to stay at the company for a while
Print the job description and write down the specific examples you have that show you have the skills that are required for the jobs
Find quantifiable examples
If you don’t have an example from work – can pull from education, volunteering, etc.
