If you ordered your laptop through PMI, you will receive the Lenovo V14 G4 ABP, AMD Ryzen™ 5 7430U.
Online Students:
While signing your enrollment agreement, you had the ability to opt-in or opt-out to receive a Lenovo V14 G4 laptop. If you decided to opt-in to receive this device, your laptop will be mailed to the address we have on file before your classes begin. To confirm your selection, contact your Admissions Representative.
Hybrid students:
If you opted to receive a laptop through PMI, you will pick it up at the time of your ground orientation with your home campus. If you would like to opt-in/opt-out, please contact your Admissions Representative.

Return Policy
Laptop returns accepted. Refunds will depend on several factors, such as opening of the box, usage, etc. If interested in a full refund, this process must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date of the laptop.
To initiate the refund process, please send the laptop, with all items that came in the original box, to the following address:
